Over the course of my career in tourism, I’ve been honored to be featured at Google as a Small Business Success Story, received an award from the United States Senate for outstanding hospitality, built an online community of 15,000 active members, and formed partnerships with hundreds of tour operators and travel agents worldwide. Before starting The Miami TourCompany, I spent many years working as a waiter, where I learned the importance of anticipating needs, and making every guest feel cared for—skills that continue to shape how I approach tourism today.
