How it all started

The Miami Tour Company began with two Miami Beach restaurant servers — Michelle and Gus Moore — who shared a love for hospitality and a desire to make visiting Miami easier for travelers.

Michelle recalls:

“Working in restaurants taught us how to anticipate guests’ needs, solve problems quickly, and create experiences people remember. It was the perfect training ground for running a tour company.”

After years of saving, Michelle and Gus bought their first tour bus, built a website, and launched Miami Tour Company. What started as a small venture has grown into one of Florida’s most respected tour operators, recognized for innovation and customer care.
