Tips for managing small vs. large groups

Small groups (under 15 people):

• Vans and sprinters are the easiest way to maneuver around town.
• Small groups love free time—don’t overschedule.
• Dining is easier; reservations are less of a headache.

Large groups (30–200+ people):

• Use mini-coaches or motorcoaches to keep everyone together.
• Always plan a buffer for loading/unloading—it takes 10-minutes minimum for a large group to exit a motorcoach bus.
• Assign “group captains” for communication and head counts.
