We usually go to Versailles.* The restaurant is a famous place and does not accept reservations, but you will be escorted to the private dining room like a VIP, where you can sit and relax because we've taken care of everything. The menu includes:

First Course: Plantain chips, with garlic dipping sauce.

Second Course: Fruit plate, served family-style. The plate has watermelon, pineapple, grapes, honeydew, crenshaw melon, & strawberry yogurt dipping sauce.

Third Course: Chicken empanada. Empanadas are lightly fried "Hot Pockets" stuffed with shredded chicken

Fourth Course: Cuban sandwich, made with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, served on Cuban bread.

Note: the vegetarian menu includes Rice & beans, grilled cheese sandwich, pastry, and ice cream. Gluten-free diners can substitute a tuna salad plate.

Fifth Course: Cheese and guava pastry, with a shot sweet Cuban coffee.

Beer, sangria, soda, and juice, are available for purchase. Ice water is free.

Then, we hop in the bus and drive to Domino Park in Little Havana.

Sixth Course: A scoop of ice cream at Azucar Ice Cream Shop. To try to flavors, say "half-and-half"

For sightseeing lovers and foodies, there is no better way to experience Miami Cuban culture and cuisine than on a guided food tour with Miami Tour Company.

Miami To The Max! is like taking a photo safari AND food tour in the same day.

* Versailles is too crowded on Saturday and Sunday, so we will go to their sister restaurant, La Carreta, instead.
