“Great Day, Excellent Tour Guide” My family had the good fortune to have Jim as our driver on what i can only describe as a wonderful day. From the point of pick (which was 20 seconds away from our hotel and bang on time) to the drop off nearly at our hotel door, Jim looked after all passengers extremely well. As said by another reviewer, exploring Miami was great fun for all of us, and i have no doubt that we saw much more of Miami than we could possibly ever had if we had tried on our own. We did the Miami sightseeing tour in the morning and the everglades eco adventure in the afternoon. Jim had a great wealth of knowledge of Miami and was glad to share it with us tourists. Visiting places like Ocean Drive, the Holocaust Museum, the book shop restaurant in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Biltmore Hotel, Little Havana etc. In the afternoon we had a drive to the everglades where we had a wild airboat ride which the kids loved. A great day made better by Jims humour, care and attention. Many thanks from the McCutcheon family in Scotland.

Our experience was really outstanding, exceeding our expectations. Special mention to our driver (Jorge), the punctuality, bus comfort and complimentary fresh water. We came from Argentina and the translation system help us to understand the interesting contents of the guide speech. Congratulations for the service and be sure that we will recommend your company to our friends! Best regards, Fabian

My husband and I where in Miami from Regina Saskatchewan and signed up for the city and everglades tour on the 16th of March. It was the most wonderful experience coming from a prairie land. Dereck the tour guide was wonderful, knowledgeable humorous and made us all feel special. It showed he loved his job and that made us feel part of this wonderful and fun day. This extended to the everglades tour were again the people were so good at what they do and made the experience memorable. My husband and I will certainly come back to Miami and also recommend the tour to all our friends. Thank you for employing such wonderful staff keep it up and kudo's to Dereck.

Took the Miami and Everglades tour. The Miami tour was great. I had a great driver, Jorge Torres, he was very informative and engaged the tours participants well. The Everglades tour was nice to experience, but don't expect a thrilling adventure even though you are on an airboat. The Everglades itself is mostly water and grass. The alligator experience was OK but not as good as the Miami tour. If you have never been to the Everglades and want to see it, this is the tour to take. Just don't expect to see anything spectacular. It was worth the money.

Had a great time on your combo tour this past Sunday. Jim was our driver and he was terrific. So friendly, he made us feel that he was really glad we were there and got to know us a little bit. We were also impressed with his knowledge of the Miami area which made our tour even more enjoyable.
    Thanks Jim. You're the BEST!

Our customers have a lot to say. Just listen to a few of their comments.
